TEEN YOGA 10-16yrs – Expanding minds and maturing bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate teens’ physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as self-reflection. This course will also give them some tools for dealing with their everyday tasks in a more relaxing way, make them feel empowered and more confident with their bodies, stimulate their imagination, raise their awareness on peace and treating their body gently… all the while having fun and helping them find their own way towards stillness :-). This class is more like an adult yoga class and is best for kids 10-16 yrs, but other ages are welcome to try and see if it suits them.
The teacher can adapt the course languages based on the kids that enroll, but we would need to limit it to two languages for sake of time. We will offer English and either FR, DE or LU as needed. If you have any concern, please SMS us to discuss: 621406088 or email: info@YogaBalance.lu.
